About Vehicle Fuel Manager​

Manage vehicles' fuel consumption, amount of fuel they spawn with and lock their fuel containers.
The default config includes a list of every vehicle that currently exists in Rust with its default fuel consumption values.

Engine components will not wear out if "LockContainer" is set to true for EngineModules.
